Pokemon Unite: Blastoise

Squirtle is a ranged defender whose basic attack is boosted every third use that slows down hit opponents. Additionally, this critical hit will slow down the enemy if it lands. It has a choice of Water Gun and Skull Bash. The first pushes back opponents and slows them down, while the other causes the opponent to be able to act if it lands. At level 5, Squirtle evolves into Wartortle, and Water Gun is replaced with either Hydro Pump or Water Spout. The first is a more powerful version of Water Gun, while the other creates a circular area which deals damage and slows down any opponent who enters. At level 7, Skull Bash can be replaced by Surf, which makes Wartortle unstoppable during the move, as well as pushes opponents back and makes them unable to act for a short period of time. The other move, Rapid Spin, is a bit more complicated. It makes Wartortle unstoppable, but it also changes the mechanics of its basic attacks as well as its other move. At level 9, Wartortle evolves into Blastoise and learns its Unite Move, Hydro Typhoon. This gives Blastoise a shield and blasts its water cannons in a large circle, dealing damage and causing opponents to be unable to act. At level 11, Hydro Pump and Water Spout deal more damage (in addition to the attack increase from leveling up). At level 13, Surf gives Blastoise a shield while it is being used, and Rapid Spin reduces the amount of damage Blastoise takes from attacks.
