Fletchling is a melee speedster, whose basic attack is boosted every third use that will remain even if it leaves combat. This is not the case for most other Pokemon; if they use their basic attack twice but run away, their third attack will not be a critical hit. It has a choice of two moves, Peck and Acrobatics. Acrobatics is a stronger version of Peck, both dealing multiple hits. At level 5, Fletchling evolves into Fletchinder and replaces Peck with either Aerial Ace or Flame Charge. The first guarantees the next basic attack is a critical hit, while the other increases Fletchinder’s speed for a short period of time. At level 7, Fletchinder evolves into Talonflame and replaces Acrobatics with either Fly or Brave Bird. The first does slightly more damage than the other. The other damages you slightly, but if you land a critical hit, the wait time for your other move will be reset. At level 9, Talonflame learns the Unite Move Flame Sweep. This pushes opponents far away in a straight line and deals massive damage. At level 11, Flame Charge will slow down opponents, and Aerial Ace will deal more damage (in addition to the damage increase from leveling up). At level 13, Brave Bird will deal less damage to yourself, and Fly will throw opponents in the air. This character’s ability is Gale Wings, which increases its movement speed at high HP.t
