Pokemon Unite: Hoopa

Hoopa is a ranged supporter, whose basic attack results in boosted damage every third use. Hoopa’s Unite move changes it into more of an attack, and every basic attack will be boosted. It has a choice between two moves, Confusion and Astonish. The first deals a small initial amount of damage, but it will cause a delayed explosion that slows and damages the opponent as well as any opponents nearby. The other works similar to Rowlet’s Astonish, but instead of slowing opponents, it makes them unable to act for a short period of time. At level 4, Confusion gets replaced with either Hyperspace Hole or Trick. The first creates a portal that damages any opponents that are inside the area. Hoopa and any allies work warp back to the base if they step inside, where they will be fully healed and have increased movement speed for a short period of time. They can then warp back to where the portal originally was. This portal can also be applied to a goal zone, which Hoopa and any allies can use to warp from one goal zone to another and have increased movement speed for a short period of time. This can’t be applied to the middle goal zone, and if a goal is destroyed when this move is active, it will switch to the next available goal zone, should there be one. The other grants Hoopa and one ally a ring, shield and increased movement speed for a short period of time. Any basic attack or Shadow Ball that Hoopa uses will also be used by the ally. The latter will also be more powerful while Trick is active. At level 6, Astonish gets replaced with either Shadow Ball or Phantom Force. The first lowers speed and special defense. After the move lands, shadowy blobs will surround the opponent for a short period of time, and attacking them with a move or boosted attack while this is active will deal additional damage and leave them unable to act briefly. The other shoves opponents when Hoopa uses a portal, and using it again causes Hoopa to return back to where it originally was. Allies affected by Trick will also warp to the initial portal and heal a small amount of HP. At level 9, Hoopa learns its Unite Move Rings Unbound. It will briefly learn Hyperspace Fury and Psybeam, the former of which launches seven attacks in an area that causes hit opponents to be unable to move, and the latter of which deals damage and provides immunity to hindrances while using it. At level 10, Hyperspace Fury will increase movement speed of allies heading towards it, and Trick will restore HP if the ally lands a move. At level 12, Phantom Force will grant a small window of invincibility upon using it, and Shadow Ball’s shadowy blobs will explode before disappearing, which causes additional damage. Hoopa’s ability is Magician, which can be used whenever is desired, although there is a cooldown. Using this will bring a Sitrus or Tamato Berry from the opponent’s side of the field, or points if there are none available. If there are no berries warped, then it will have a shorter cooldown.
