Doduo is a melee speedster, whose basic attack is boosted every third use. This character’s ability is Run Away, which increases its movement speed when opponents are nearby. Additionally, it gets a sprint gauge, which fills while moving. Once it is full, its movement speed will increase, but if it stops moving, this gauge will decrease. Also, it will affect how certain moves work, such as causing the basic attack to fully deplete at the cost of it causing this character to charge forward in the direction it is facing. If this does land, it will reduce the cooldown of its other moves. It has a choice of two moves, Quick Attack and Peck. The first increases its movement speed, and, if it hits an opponent, its cooldown will be reduced. The other deals damage, but it will charge forward when attacking if the sprint gauge is full. At level 5, Doduo evolves into Dodrio, and Peck is either replaced with Tri Attack or Drill Peck. The first will attack in a cone fashion, and either cause the opponent’s attack to be reduced and take continuous damage, reduce movement speed, or reduce attack speed. Once this move is used, the next basic will guaranteed to be a critical hit and it will restore some of Dodrio’s HP. The other is an upgraded version of Peck, with the added effect of shoving opponents. At level 7, Quick Attack gets replaced with either Agility or Jump Kick. The first charges the sprint gauge a bit, while removing all status effects, and the sprint gauge will charge faster briefly afterwards. The other has Dodrio stomp the ground if it hits an opponent, causing any nearby opponents to be slowed down. Additionally, it will charge the sprint gauge a bit and the cooldown will be reduced. At level 9, Dodrio learns its Unite Move, “Triple Trample”. This has Dodrio run to a chosen location, being immune to hindrances will doing so, as well as throwing opponents into the air if they are in her way. Once it arrives at the location, its attack will increase and it will get a shield. Also, its sprint gauge will charge faster. At level 11, Tri Attack will cause the next basic attack to be restore more HP, and the cooldown will be reduced if the sprint gauge is full. Alternatively, Drill Peck will have a shorter cooldown, and it will restore HP relative to the amount of damage dealt. At level 13, Agility will fully charge the sprint gauge, and Jump Kick will leave hit opponents unable to act for a short period of time.
