Litwick is a ranged attacker, whose basic attack will be boosted after a set amount of time passes, and will decrease their movement speed and burn them. It has a choice of two moves: Night Shade and Ember. The first deals damage and marks an opponent, which makes it such that if they’re hit again, they’re left unable to act briefly. The other is an upgraded version of its basic attack, and can be used up to twice in a row. At level 5, it evolves into Lampent, and Ember gets replaced with either Overheat or Flamethrower. The first is a sure hit move that can be used consectuively up to three times. Hit opponents will be burnt, and if one lands, the next one will deal more damage. However, after using this move, Lampent is unable to use its basic attack briefly. The other is a beam that burns hit opponents, and at the end of which explodes, which deals increased damage and reduces the cooldown if it lands. At level 7, Lampent evolves into Chandelure, and Night Shade gets replaced with either Poltergeist or Imprison. The first creates a large area which slows down opponents. The other creates a zone that prevents any opponent from being able to move briefly, and any opponent inside it cannot use moves for as long as it is active and they are within it. At level 9, Chandelure gets the Unite Move Ignite Midnight, which, upon using, will obscure nearby opponent’s vision briefly. If it is used again, Chandelure will lock itself into place and fire a beam in a designated direction (similar to Decidueye’s Unite Move). At level 11, any opponent hit by Flamethrower’s explosion will buff Chandelure’s moves briefly, and Overheat will have a reduced cooldown. At level 13, Poltergeist will slow opponent down further, and Imprison will prevent any opponents hit by it initially to be unable to act briefly. This character’s ability is Infiltrator, which makes it such that if it lands a move, its next attack will partially ignore the opponent’s special defense, and this effect can stack up to eight times.
