Pokemon Unite: Armarouge

Charcadet has been given an alternate evolution in the form of Armarouge, with this one being a ranged attacker. Unlike the one that evolves into Ceruledge, its boosted attack is boosted every third use, which deals increased damage. It also has the ability Flash Fire, which reduces the damage it takes for a short period of time and makes the next basic attack be slightly stronger than usual after it takes damage from a special attack, with there being a cooldown for this. Additionally, its initial moves are Will-o-Wisp and Incinerate, the first of which burns the opponent, slows them down briefly, and guarantees the next basic attack is boosted, and the second of which sets struck opponents ablaze, causing berries they consume to be half as effective while they are like this. At level 5, it evolves, and its basic attack changes slightly; every time it uses a basic attack, its cannon gauge increases, and when it’s full, the next basic attack consumes it all and becomes boosted. At this leve, Incinerate also gets replaced with either Armor Cannon or Fire Spin. The first one has it charge power before letting loose a shockwave that damages nearby opponents as well a fireball that will stop once it either hits an opponent or travels a set distance. It explodes upon impact and leaves opponents unable to act briefly. This does come at the cost of having your defenses lowered for a short period of time after using this move. The second one generates a vortex around it that damages opponents within it and increases its movement speed while active; additionally, it moves faster when moving towards opponents. It also gains a shield effect anytime it deals damage with this move, and this can stack up to six times. Lastly, the move lasts longer if it hits an opponent with a basic attack. At level 7, Will-o-Wisp gets replaced with either Flame Charge or Psyshock. Both of these will have the cannon gauge fully charged briefly after landing. The fast one has it dash forward and shove struck opponents. If it’s successful in landing, it is granted a shield and a lower cooldown for this move. The second one works similarly to Gardevoir’s Psyshock, except it partially ignores their special defense, slows them down briefly, and throws struck opponents on the third one. At level 9 it gets the Unite Move Psykaboom, which creates an area that leaves opponents unable to move and throws a fireball at them which throws them outside the area and deals massive damage to them. At level 11, Fire Spin can stack up to 18 shields, and Armor Cannon will have increased range. At level 13, Flame Charge will have further reduced damage after landing, and Psyshock will have a larger area of effect.
