Pokemon Unite: Psyduck

Psyduck is a ranged supporter who, similar to Pikachu, does not evolve. Its ability is Swift Swim, which causes its movement speed to increase every time it takes damage. Additionally, this also increases its headache gauge, which, when full, makes all basic attack boosted while active (this is the only case where that happens), removes any status effects from it, makes it unstoppable, resets its move cooldowns and enhances those moves, and shoves nearby opponents. When it ends, its gauge cannot be increased and it cannot use any moves for a shorter period of time. It initially has a choice of two moves, Confusion and Tail Whip. The first causes opponents to be unable to act briefly and does more damage when the gauge is full, while the other lowers the opponent’s speed and special defense briefly, with the latter being more profound when the gauge is full. At level 4, Confusion gets replaced with either Surf or Bubblebeam. The first slows opponents down, or shoves them if they are already afflicted with this. The user can ride the wave for a short period of time and use basic attacks while doing so, and allies can touch the wave for a brief movement speed increase. The user can stop the wave midway through and create a new one, and, when the gauge is full, it will create two waves instead. The second attachs three bubbles to struck opponents, which, when they are hit by ally moves, will slow them down and deal additional damage, with the latter effect being more profound when the gauge is full. At level 6, Tail Whip gets replaced with either Disable or Psychic. The first leaves opponents unable to act briefly and increases the cooldown of whichever move is on cooldown, or the next one if neither of them are. It can spread to more than one opponent, and, while the gauge is full, it can spread more. The second one does the same thing, except using it again pulls the struck opponent to the user, with the stunning effect being longer while the gauge is full. At level 8 it gets its Unite Move Full-Power Psy-ay-ay, which releases three waves that reduce the damage dealt by struck opponents and increases its gauge by a significant amount. At level 11, Surf will weaken the power of moves hit by struck opponents briefly, and Bubblebeam will leave the opponent unable to act briefly once all the bubbles on it have burst. At level 13, Psychic will decrease struck opponent’s special defense briefly, and Disable will leave opponents unable to act for longer.
