In 2003, Nintendo made the first pair of Pokemon games for the Gameboy Advanced. These were Ruby and Sapphire and they were fun to play. Many Pokémon fans are thinking Nintendo is going to remake them, and I believe they may be right. The games would be a mix of new and old. Do you remember the Battle Tower, the Pokémon Contests, and the Pokenav? Wouldn’t it be cool if the Battle Tower looked more modern, and in the Pokémon Contests you could use moves that didn’t exist in the original games, like Close Combat and Rock Polish? Calling someone on the Pokenav could be easier than before. There would be better graphics, new moves, and new Pokémon. Perhaps there would be the event Pokémon like Deoxys and Mew. It’s fun to imagine what the cover of the box would look like and what the names of the games would be, like Magma Ruby and Aqua Sapphire? There’s not much known about these games and perhaps they will never come out. Some speculations say that they might come out in 2013, ten years after the original Ruby and Sapphire game. Gold and Silver came out in 2000 and then the remakes came out in 2010. Ruby and Sapphire were a part of my childhood and are probably part of yours too. If and when these remakes come out, wouldn’t it be great to experience a part of your childhood and go on another journey in the Hoenn region with your Pokémon?
